Private access to the lake – perfect for water sports or a swim. Borrow our two kayaks and fishing rods and there is plenty of cape in the lake.

20 min to Golf Valley - choose among several clubs - Aloha, Magna, Los Naranjos - 9 or 18 holes - your first time?
Have some fun on the driving range.

Drive 10 minutes down Istan Road and visit the tennis and padel club, Manolo Santana. Let the kids attend tennis classes, try padel, or enjoy a yoga lesson in the garden.

Beaches - choose from an endless selection of beaches and beach restaurants. Something for every taste with the closest one 15 minutes away. Enjoy lunch at Beach Clubs such as Casanis or Trocadero Arena.

Enjoy the mountains and the UNESCO biosphere.  Several trails start in Istan. Why not hike the famous mountain top of La Concha 1200 meters above the sea? Or experience the mountains on 4-wheels whether on a buggy or jeep eco-tours.

Drive down 15 min to Puerto Banus, the premier location and famous harbor. Do some shopping, enjoy lunch and people watching.

Visit the picturesque town of  Istan and try traditional Spanish in one of its charming restaurants.
 

If you are too lazy to go somewhere but still bored, try our In-house toys such as bow and arrow, dart, and boule.

Visit Marbella and its charming old town. Stroll along its winding streets, shop, or try tapas at one of the restaurants.

Horse riding, there are several alternatives depending if you are a more experienced rider or a beginner. Enjoy a mountain tour, ride at the beach, or try your first class.

  Spas and treatments for every taste and wallet. Why not pamper yourself at Club Marbella and enjoy the day at this exclusive members club? 

Yoga at the beach or sign up at the tennis club Manolo Santana for a Hatha flow class on the grass.
 

 Rent a boat to explore the coastline is easy with services such as @ click & boat. Or rent a bike in Puerto Banus and ride along the beach promenade towards San Pedro.
 

 Kids and adults alike might enjoy the great water park in neighboring Torremolinos. Or Sea Life Centre, Amusement Park in Benalmadena, about 25km away, which also has a cable car ride to a cafe and viewing point in the hills behind the town where you can take a donkey ride or watch horse riding displays. Or try the Selwo Aventura wildlife enclosure near Estepona is 20 km away, where you can take a Jurassic Park-type ride and see sea lions, tigers, elephants and giraffes, and more, in natural settings.

 Less than a drive away is Gibraltar with its cable car to the top of the Rock to enjoy stunning views of Africa and the antics of the Barbary Apes. For the adventurous who might like to visit Africa, it’s only 25 km away across the Straits of Gibraltar - an easy 30-minute trip by ferry that leaves several times daily from Tarifa to Tangiers.

Spectacular drive to Ronda. The city of Malaga is steeped in history but enjoys many modern facilities including a busy commercial port. Or visit the other nearby Pueblo Blancos of Mijas, Casares, and Benahavis. Granada with its beautiful and historic Alhambra Palace is under two hours drive away and makes a wonderful day out.
